    This class is all about helping you get to know your own palate and figuring out what you actually like in a glass of wine. We’ll walk you through the hows and whys of wine-tasting in a way that makes sense—and demystify some jargon to bootand break down what things like acidity, tannin, and body really mean. Along the way, we’ll also discuss how wine is made (and what that means for how it tastes), how to serve it so it tastes its best, and how to pair it with food to make any meal more enjoyable. Whether you’re a total beginner or just looking to learn a little more, this class is a fun, hands-on way to boost your wine confidence.

    Hiram is the Owner of Wardman Wines. He is a native of Washington and a recovering attorney. He believes that every bottle of wine, good or bad, is an education and that the only bad bottle of wine is the one you don't enjoy. He loves talking about wine with anyone who will listen and getting people excited to try something new and different.
