This week, Julia will be showcasing the 2019 L'Ecole No. 41 Chenin Blanc from Washington State. The L'Ecole is textbook Chenin, clean and precise, but still rich, with bright tropical aromas mingling with pear and a palate that is tight, crisp, and well-balanced.
