This week, we're talking to the folks at Terres Blanches Wine Merchants on Instagram Live! Back in the before-times, we used to regularly have one or other of our distributors take over the tasting bar to showcase a handful of their wines, and in general, it was a lot of fun for everyone involved. Because of the pandemic, we haven't been able to do that, and we don't know when we're going to be able to open the tasting bar again. However, we thought it would be fun to at least get back in the habit of showcasing particular distributors and/or importers. So this week we'll be chatting with Allison from Terres Blanches, one of our newest partners.
Terres Blanches is a small family-owned and operated wine importer focused on similarly small and family-owned wineries. Their portfolio is entirely French, with the bulk of their wines coming from Languedoc-Roussillon, though they do also work with a few producers in the Loire and Alsace as well. Importantly, every wine in their book is either organic or biodynamic. As a company, they have a firm belief in the importance of good stewardship, not only as an end in itself, but because it results in better wine, with a real sense of place.
We're looking forward to talking with them this Friday, October 15 at 4pm and learning more about what drives them, as well as tasting and discussing some of our favorite wines from their portfolio. Join us!
