Sparkling Wines - Part II

Orson Welles was entirely correct when he mumbled through those lines in the outtakes from a 1970s Paul Masson commercial (we highly recommend you google it). Champagne is excellent, and we love it. However, there are many other wonderful sparkling wines, from all over the world, that are also deserving of celebration. This week we'll be looking at some of those alternatives.
