Worldwide, one of the main staples of drinking culture is a good, old-fashioned British Pub. Whether it is actually on one of the British Isles, or an expat bar in any number of cities across the planet, we all know the vibe. Pub Ales are versatile, food-friendly, and easy-drinking with relatively complex malts, fruity esters from yeast, and balancing hop bitterness and character.
