Mixed Fermentation Ales and Lambics

During the month of November, Eric and Mark are going to do their best to be a little more focused towards Thanksgiving. Our first feature this week is Lambics and Mixed Fermentation Ales - the funky stuff!  This category is perfect for pairing with food due to the complex and fruity nature of the yeast profile. Their tart and funky aspect also makes them great digestives after a large meal.
