Lyon Rum

Founded by Jaime Windon in St. Michaels, Maryland in 2012, and joined shortly thereafter by her sister Jessi, Lyon Rum quickly distinguished itself as a distillery in a short amount of time with their unique style and production method. With a blended base of fresh sugarcane juice and molasses distilled in a small, traditional pot still, the Lyon White Rum serves as the base for all of the products that follow. 

Rum Runner, Rumtender, and Distiller Erika will be at the Wardman Wines Tasting Bar on Saturday, March 7 from 3-6pm. Stop in and taste through their lineup and ask all the questions you can think to ask about rum in Maryland!
