Late Summer Gateway Beers

We had planned for Shawn to host a 'Beers Of Pennsylvania' (his home state) on Thursday (August 20, from 4-7pm), but some supply and distribution issues have caused us to widen the brief a little. His lineup is still broadly biographical and includes a few recent favorites, but also makes for a meditation on the impending seasonal shift, and is certainly a set of accessible and interesting 'gateway' beers into other little corners of the spectrum that you might not have visited.
