IPA Day

Last Friday was (in case you missed it) International Beer Day. And hot on its heels comes IPA Day. Because if any style has languished too long in obscurity, it's IPA... But we'll take any excuse, and this Thursday (August 7th) from 4-7pm on the tasting bar Phil will have a selection of substyles and chart the history and techniques behind the world's favourite hoppy beverage — still the darling of craft beer after 40-odd years at the top.
