This Saturday, May 18, from 2pm to 5pm we're excited to turn the bar over to Mamuka Tsereteli of Georgian Wine House!
The Republic of Georgia is home to a winemaking tradition that stretches back at least 8000 years, and may be the oldest in the world. It is home to a distinct collection of indigenous grape varietals and winemaking techniques, and they've been making orange wine since before it was cool.
Georgian Wine House was established with the mission of telling the untold story of Georgian wines in the US. Since 2006, they have been sharing the beauty of Georgian wines with Americans and expanding the horizons of their palates. Since launching, they have also expanded their portfolio to include a small but excellent selection of Hungarian wines.
