Years ago, Eric stole a great idea from his wife and their friends, and started doing a tasting every Christmas Eve featuring a 'martini' (loosely defined as a staff-created cocktail roughly seasonally appropriate). This year marks the 10th Annual Christmas Eve Martinis tasting, and as we have for the past nine years, we'll be slinging some Christmas Eve cocktails that should help keep your Yuletide merry and warm! Shawn is bringing a Notgronitini, a delightful and easy-sipping fresh cocktail straight from his own party playbook. Lyndon is reviving the Pistachio Martini recipe that was the star of the show last year. Phil has brought a favored martini recipe from Caretaker's Cottage in Melbourne. We will also be welcoming a guest to the Tasting Bar. Jonathan Yanik, a long time customer and fan of fun cocktails will be mixing up an Espresso Martini, which is a brand new cocktail that nobody has ever heard of anywhere.
