2024 Winter Six-Pack

It's winter in DC, although it might not seem like it some days, while others make it seem like hell has finally, in fact, frozen over. Whether it is unseasonably warm or cold, February can be kind of dismal and long (extra long this year), but the days are getting brighter, and spring will get here eventually. To help us all through the winter doldrums, we've put together a new six-pack to warm your winter nights and hint at the promise of spring.

A bold, rich Tuscan red, A ripe but balanced Chilean Malbec, and a light and savory Rioja Tinto are a versatile trio of reds to warm a winter evening and pair with a wide range of dishes, from pizza or red-sauce pasta, to braised or roasted meats, to stewed lentils or black bean soup. A soft and aromatic orange wine from Spain is a zesty aperitif and a fine companion to cheese and charcuterie, but would also hold up well against a chicken tagine. And for whites, a richly-textured California Chardonnay and a clean, expressive Austrian Sauvignon Blanc hold down both ends of the spectrum and offer easy pairings with chicken, fish, or egg dishes.

The 2024 Winter Six-Pack, as well as the six individual wines, will be available for purchase starting January 31, 2024. Like all our seasonal six-packs, the Winter Six-Pack is 15% off retail pricing, and the individual wines are all 10% off.
