Carbonic Maceration? What's that? Maybe you've seen this phrase before and wondered what it meant? Well, this Wednesday, we're doing a crash course in Carbonic Maceration. We'll be tasting three pairs of varietal wines, each made up of one conventional wine and one wine made using carbonic maceration, so that we can all better understand the difference that it makes where it counts: in the glass. Plant Wines is an importer and distributor based in Richmond, strongly focused on the natural side of the wine world.
