Generally speaking though, it refers to producers who: adhere closer to organic, biodynamic, and\/or regenerative farming practices; employ minimal manipulation during the winemaking process; generally do not fine or filter their wines; and use minimal to no SO2 during the winemaking process or at bottling. These vague parameters nonetheless distinguish these producers and, indeed, the wines they make in ways that are as varied as the places where they occur. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis week, we are happy to invite \u003cstrong\u003eSarah Horvitz\u003c\/strong\u003e of \u003cstrong\u003ePlant Wines\u003c\/strong\u003e to host our Feature Tasting on \u003cstrong\u003eWednesday, September 23 \u003c\/strong\u003efrom \u003cstrong\u003e4-6 pm\u003c\/strong\u003e.
