Founder Marsha Milam, Master Blender Heather Greene, and veteran Master Distiller Marlene Holmes combined have more than 60 years in the whiskey industry. Since its founding, Milam & Greene have put together a truly inspired way to run a distillery. Their distillery in the Texas Hill Country is their primary facility with its own 300 gallon copper pot still, but they also distill on a classic column still in Bardstown, KY. The specific climate in the Texas hills gives them unique aging characteristics, and make their cask finishes and blends particularly shine. This has been a favorite whiskey in the shop for a while now, and that makes it all the more important to raise our glass to these three badass women and their team and say,"Thanks!"
